Welcome to SkyEdge 4K. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and digital products. By accessing or using SkyEdge 4K, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

SkyEdge 4K is a marketing agency co-founded in Colombia. We provide professional digital marketing and creative solutions, including:

Social Media Management
Content Creation (photo, video, drone footage)
SEO & Google Ranking Optimization
Web Development (websites, e-commerce, landing pages)
Marketing Strategy Consulting
3D Virtual Tours for real estate and construction projects
Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Social Media campaigns)

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services. By contracting SkyEdge 4K, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Engagement

All services are provided under written proposals or service agreements.
Deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be defined in each contract.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if misuse, non-payment, or breach of agreement occurs.

4. Payments

Fees are due as outlined in the signed proposal or invoice.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
All costs are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP), unless otherwise agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative materials (photos, videos, designs, websites, campaigns) remain the property of SkyEdge 4K until full payment is received.
After payment, ownership or licensing rights will be transferred as specified in the agreement.
Clients grant SkyEdge 4K the right to use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client data and projects. Both parties agree not to disclose sensitive information to third parties without prior consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

SkyEdge 4K will provide services with professionalism and care. However, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues beyond our control (e.g., platform outages, algorithm changes).

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, as defined in the service contract. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any disputes will be resolved under Colombian jurisdiction.
